Bumps or bumper?
So I'm having mommy issues. My little T is now rolling, but only back to stomach. She is getting stuck rolling back onto her back. She looks like a turtle struggling for dear life. Last night I found her with an arm outside of the crib between mattress and bumper. According to "experts" you should remove bumper once your child rolls to avoid suffocation. But in doing more extensive research I found that over the last 20 years, 22 children have died. My husband says I'm overly paranoid but what if that 1% is our child? So we are now on the hunt for mesh round bumper, organic would be great but at this point we will take what we can. He is more worried about contusions than suffocation. He checked on her last night (her first night without bumper) and her legs were in between bars. What are we to do? I should have settled for an ordinary crib, but how could I, I have an extraordinary child.

Favorite spring dress- right now

Here is my latest splurge. I got this dress for a wedding in San Diego I attended a few weekends ago. W boutique over in Casas Adobe shops carries this fab designer that I have loved since Sex & the city not the current "City". I wore it with patent leather yellow Stuart Weitzman flats (from Stems a shoe boutique, of course) and a yellow with wooden beads necklace I picked up last year in New York at the Kira Plastinina store. Since I am short waisted, I placed the belt right below my bust to create an elongating effect and with the bow to the back. Obsessed with dress, can't wait to get back from cleaners to wear again.

Hello
This is my attempt to start a blog, inspired by my friend Aimee and her gorgeous family. I too have a new little one and am asked for pics and updates. I also read it's a great stress reliever. And with new child, business owner and fashion slave, I hope to have something I can enjoy.
